With a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree, Dr Gwitira has had decades of experience in leadership positions and has helped several people and companies emerge out of challenging situations to becoming thriving individuals and have successful businesses. Her background includes leading people and teams in several industries including educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and large corporations. Additionally, she has extensive experience mentoring others, personal and executive leadership training, and conference speaking, and coaching and is a certified virtual coach and emotional intelligence trainer.

I am committed to helping the underprivileged and underserved communities. I have been involved in several projects and led many different teams both local and abroad. Below are some of the projects I have participated in.

2020. I serve as the chairperson for an initiative to help street kids and vulnerable children
In April, I headed a team which helped to raise money to help save lives in Zimbabwe. 100% of the money raised went to help with purchasing protective person equipped to help nurses and doctors on the frontline who otherwise were helping people without being protected.
In February I participated in the Packathon – helping to pack food for Feed the Hunger. All food was destined for poor communities in various parts of the world
