1. You warrant you own the rights to your individual book chapter and tips, to use them without any limitation. Your involvement here perpetuates your unlimited and unrestricted content use.
2. Involvement here is independent of future projects with or without TO and TPI.
3. You agree to meet the few due dates to be clearly communicated by Dr. Grace Gwitira.
4. You are solely responsible for final written approval of your tips (Tips only apply if you select the optional booklet), business bio, and contact details’ accuracy. You may receive suggestions from TPI or Dr Grace for changes to strengthen the presentation of your chapter and tips.
5. Dr. Grace Gwitira and TPI solely determine the book’s and tips’ organization, sequence, and flow.
6. Dr Grace will refund all fees if the entire project is cancelled due to insufficient registrants. If unable to fulfill part of the project for any reason (insufficient number of registrants for the booklet, for example), then you will be refunded for that portion only. If you remove yourself from the group once a decision is made to proceed with the book and booklet, you will receive credit toward other products or services. No refunds or credits are made once content goes to production. Note: We are recruiting a maximum of 20 authors for the book. The booklet accommodates 14 authors only and will be on a first come first service up to the 14 authors including Dr Grace.
7. Each author in your group may sell or license your group’s content in any way they like, limited only by rules established by your group, and without any changes to anyone’s chapter or tips or other information within the content.
8. You and your group have no financial responsibility to each other for sales of your content or other resulting revenue from your content unless agreed upon in writing within your group. Dr Grace and TPI have no involvement in that decision.
9. Transformation Oasis and TPI hold rights to the design, organization, and content flow, and no rights to your chapter and page’s material. Dr. Grace and TPI may provide your content as sample or promotional context further promoting your content and business at no cost to you.
